The first western
agency set up in Angkor When, in 1996, we decided to launch our activity in Cambodia and set up our Head Office in Siem Reap, to live and work, the betting was at risk in regard to the local circumstances. Nearly 10 years later, the outcome is there but what seems an obvious fact today was far to be at the origin. The situation in Cambodia in general and Siem Reap in particular, has plainly improved and so have the infrastructures even if we are still far to the western standards. Roads, water network, lighting system, bank system.... are setting up progressively. Most of the regions of Cambodia are now accessible to foreign tourits and these ones discover unsuspected and still unspoiled treasures, for their biggest happiness. The main center of interest of Cambodia is still Angkor where most of travellers come at least once because the temples attract, it is indeniable. We are still in Siem Reap and can witness of the events which had succeeded since our arrival there. This rich experience is important and our guests don't miss to inquire to us when we meet them.
